Based on the information and drawings you supply, we are able to produce heat loss calculations to your requirements using any manufacturer you wish, or give you multiple alternatives.
We will provide you with AutoCAD produced working
layouts. These drawings show radiator and boiler positions, pipe runs and
radiator schedule. Drawings can be produced up to A1 in size on paper or can be transferred electronically to any size or scale required.
Steven Coates is registered with the NHER and NES
as a Registered Assessor after qualifying in August 1997 by attaining the
necessary standards laid out by the organisations.
Richard Hellstrom has attended the required courses run
by the organisations to bring him to a level whereby a rating can be obtained,
this is then certified by Steven Coates before issue.
With these qualifications we now offer the service for
providing a National Home Energy Rating in
accordance with National Energy Service Ltd conditions and recommendations. This
includes offering a SAP figure as well as the NHER figure. On completion of
calculations and ratings figures, certificates will be issued with all the
relevant information required to satisfy building regulations and planning
approvals.
As well as heating layouts, we are also able to
offer hot and cold services, electrical, ventilation, and mechanical designs on
any property.
We can offer site visits, surveys and meetings if
required.

Where designs require a safety factor, i.e. hospitals,
residential homes or nurseries etc, Low Surface Temperature radiators can be specified. We can incorporate designer style radiators to any project if required.

As all our calculations are carried out to BS5449:1990,
BSEN442 and all other relevant British Standards, we will provide a general
heating specification which outlines the requirements on
your part for the installation of the heating system and gas connections as well
as the relevant building regulations.
For your customers, we provide a fact sheet to help
them to get the most from their heating system.
All our designs are covered by a Professional Indemnity
Insurance to the valve of £2million for any event contributing to malfunction
of the system through a design fault.
